One of the goals of Mountain Heart Community Services, is to provide low to moderate income families of Wyoming County and surrounding areas with safe, descent, and affordable housing.

We can help achieve this goal by working through the following programs:

The West Virginia Housing Development Fund:

   (New Homes and Home Repair)

   HOME Program

   HELP Program

USDA-Rural Development:

   Low interest loans (including Home Repair Loans and Home Purchase and Construction Loans)

   Elderly Grant

   Loan programs to build ramps for handicapped individuals

Contract/Building Services:

We offer Complete general contractor/construction/building services for private citizens as well as businesses.  We also build wheelchair ramps to the standards set by the "American Disabilities Act".  Our contractors are licensed by the state of West Virginia and are experienced in all phases of construction.

Homebuyer Education:

   We provide quality Homebuyer Education using "Realizing the American Dream" text material in a classroom setting.  Classes are taught by a Certified Homebuyer Education Counselor
