Fayette County Commission President Matthew Wender, Commissioner Denise Scalph, Commissioner John Lopez, Senator William Laird, Major Tom Mills, Sheriff Steve Kesser, Prosecuting Attorney Carl Harris, Emergency Services Director Theresa White and Deputy Director Steve Cruikshanks, along with Fayette County Department of Health, SALS and Red Cross have been meeting daily assessing the needs for the citizens here in Fayette County. Every effort has been taken to quickly bring help to all areas of the county.

MountainHeart's Weatherization Program Has Great Results On Field Monitoring Report

The MountainHeart Weatherization program was recently selected by the Office of Economic Opportunity for field monitoring of the work being performed by the agency.  The monitoring was performed between March 19th through March 21st, 2012 in the counties of Wyoming and Fayette counties.
